Broccoli stall with pine nuts
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: pine nuts, grano padano (piece), broccoli florets (300 g), crumbly potatoes, olive oil, winter carrots (diced), ground cumin (djinten), garlic (pressed), sifted tomatoes and oregano.

Spread pine nuts in a dry frying pan on a low heat until golden brown.

With cheese slicer curls of grana padano planing.

Cut broccoli into smaller florets.

2 Peel potatoes, cut into pieces and cook in the pan with the bottom of water and salt to taste in 20 min.

After 10-12 min.

Add broccoli to potatoes and boil.

3 Meanwhile, heat oil in frying pan with non-stick coating.

Sow the winter carrots lightly on medium-high heat while stirring.

Stir in the cumin and garlic and briefly fry.

Add sifted tomatoes and gently simmer for 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

4 Drain the potato and broccoli (keep 2 tablespoons of cooking water).

Mix potatoes, oregano and broccoli with cooking water and spread over two bowls.

Create a winter carrot with sauce.

Sprinkle pine nuts and cheese over the dish..
