Broccoli stall with pine nuts


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: pine nuts, grano padano (piece), broccoli florets (300 g), crumbly potatoes, olive oil, winter carrots (diced), ground cumin (djinten), garlic (pressed), sifted tomatoes and oregano.

Directions

  1. Spread pine nuts in a dry frying pan on a low heat until golden brown.
  2. With cheese slicer curls of grana padano planing.
  3. Cut broccoli into smaller florets.
