Salmon rice


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, eggs (class M), butter, white rice (1 minute (a 2 x 150 g)), smoked salmon fillet ((a 100 g), in pieces), crème fraîche (pourable, 200 ml), spring onions ((3 pieces), in rings), dill ((15 g) and finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Cook the eggs for 7 minutes and allow to cool.
  2. In the meantime, heat the butter or margarine in a wok or frying pan.
  3. Put the rice in the pan and bake for 2 minutes.
  4. Peel the eggs and cut into pieces.
  5. Add the egg, salmon and crème fraiche to the rice.
  6. Let it warm up on low heat.
  7. Mix in the spring onions and dill and warm through, season with salt and pepper.
  8. Delicious with cucumber salad..
