Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Bake the meatballs in 2 min. Brown.
  2. Add a dash of water and roast the meatballs for 20 minutes until done.
  3. Boil the potatoes in water with salt in 10-15 min. Until done.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into florets and the stalk into slices, cook in 6 min. Until al dente.
  5. Prepare the cheese sauce with the water according to the instructions on the package.
  6. Grate the almond shavings golden brown in a frying pan without oil or butter and place on a plate.
  7. Scoop the baby potatoes and broccoli on the plates. Spoon the cheese sauce over the broccoli and sprinkle with the almond shavings.
  8. Add a meatball. Delicious with tomato ketchup.
