Pea pods with beef strips and thai dressing
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, snow peas, steak, sereh (lemongrass), lime, fish sauce, liquid honey, oil, fresh coriander (à 15 g) and salt.

Cleaning and washing pea pods. Cut the steak into thin strips (approx. 4 cm in length). Remove the outer layer of lemongrass and cut the stem into very thin rings. Lime squeezing.

Boil for approx. 2 minutes in pan with boiling water and drain. Add 1 tablespoon of lime juice, fish sauce, honey and 1 tablespoon of oil to dressing in a bowl. Remove coriander leaves from stalks and chop finely. Heat in wok rest of oil. Steak strips on high heat though shoveling brown bins. Add salt and 1 tablespoon of lemongrass and fry approx. 1 minute. Adding pea pods and heating while you're singing. Do it in scale. Sprinkle dressing and sprinkle with coriander. Serve with jasmine rice or flat (flat bread).
