Rice with tofu in peanut sauce


Unpolished rice with tofu, onion, green beans and pickles and homemade peanut sauce

Directions

  1. Boil rice according to directions on packaging. Cut tofu into small goats. Peel and chop onion. Heat oil in frying pan. Bake onion and tofu for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle well with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat in peanut butter saucepan and milk. Stir until smooth peanut sauce is formed. Meanwhile prepare green beans according to directions on packaging. Drain gherkins.
  3. Scoop tofu with peanut sauce. Serve rice with tofu peanut sauce, green beans and pickles.
