Southern French fish soup
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, garlic (chopped), baby potatoes (a 700 g), white wine, tomato cubes (400 g), fish stock, cod fillet (or other white fish, in pieces), fruits de mer (seafood) and 150 g).

Heat half of oil in soup pot and garlic for 1 min.

Add bilberries.

Add white wine, tomato cubes (including moisture) and 250 ml of water.

Top up the bouillon tablet and bring it to the boil.

Allow 10 minutes for soup to cook over low heat.

After 5 min.

Put cod in soup and let it sail.

Last minute stir-fry fruits by mixing soup and briefly heating.

Season the soup with salt and pepper and spread over two deep plates..
