Broccoli with lemon and garlic
Broccoli with a special twist! Vegetarian side dish of broccoli with garlic lemon oil

Cut the florets from the broccoli. Peel the stalk and cut it into cubes. Cook the broccoli in 3-4 minutes until al dente. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.

Cut the garlic into slices. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and fry 2 cloves of garlic into slices with the lemon zest and freshly ground black pepper for 2 minutes.

Drain the broccoli, carefully spoon the garlic lemon oil and drizzle with lemon juice.
