Broccoli with a special twist! Vegetarian side dish of broccoli with garlic lemon oil

Directions

  1. Cut the florets from the broccoli. Peel the stalk and cut it into cubes. Cook the broccoli in 3-4 minutes until al dente. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.
  2. Cut the garlic into slices. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and fry 2 cloves of garlic into slices with the lemon zest and freshly ground black pepper for 2 minutes.
  3. Drain the broccoli, carefully spoon the garlic lemon oil and drizzle with lemon juice.
