Breadsticks with pine nuts
A tasty Italian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: buttered puff pastry ((pack 450 g, frozen), thawed), egg yolk, pine nuts (coarsely chopped) and grated Parmesan cheese.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Brush the puff pastry slices on one side with the egg yolk.

Sprinkle the slices with the pine nuts and cheese.

Press with the convex side of a spoon.
-
Cut each slice into 5 strips.

Turn the ends of the bars in the opposite direction to a spiral.
-
Fry them on a baking tray for about 12 minutes in the oven.

Eat them warm, lukewarm or cold..
