Boil the potatoes in 20 minutes. Peel and puree them.

Spoon the feta, chives, the egg and salt and pepper. Allow to cool slightly (can be done in advance).

Form bread rolls about 3 cm from the puree, press them flat and get them through a little flour.

Bake the cookies in hot oil around brown.
