Fish burger with wasabimayo
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, pangasius fillet, spring onions (in rings), egg (beaten), breadcrumbs, olive oil, mayonnaise and wasabi (tube 43 g).

Grind the pangasius fillet finely in the food processor.

Add the spring onions and pepper and salt to taste and scoop.

With 4 hands, form 4 burgers of 1.5 cm thick and roll them through the egg and the breadcrumbs.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook for 12 minutes until done.

Turn halfway.

Mix the mayonnaise with the wasabi.

Brush the burgers with the wasabimayo and sprinkle with cress (organic)..
