Brown bean soup filled with fresh celery and smoked sausage

Cut the celery and the smoked sausage into slices. Heat the oil in a soup pan and fry the soup vegetables for approx. 3 min.

Add the celery, the contents of the canned kidney beans, the bouillón tablets and the water and bring it to the boil. Let the soup boil for about 5 minutes.

Scoop half of the soup out of the pan and puree the soup. Pour the pureed soup back into the pan. Heat the slices of sausage for about 2 minutes.
