Brown rice with grilled chicken tenderloins

Cook the brown rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain and leave with the lid on the pan until use.

In the meantime, bring a pot with a layer of water to the boil. Cut the string beans into 1 cm slanted pieces and cook in 7 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile sprinkle the chicken fillets with the paprika powder and brush them with the oil. Heat the grill pan and grill the chicken fillets in 8 minutes until done.

Cut the tomatoes into quarters and mix with the oregano through the string beans. Season with (freshly ground) pepper.

Serve the brown rice with the chicken fillets and vegetables.
