Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Grease the quiche mold with some butter.

Cut the chorizo into slices.

Chop the onion.

Fry the chorizo for 6 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter. Fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Sprinkle the worktop with some flour and place the slices of thawed dough together.

Line the quiche mold with the dough and cut off excess dough along the edge.

Cut the flat parsley fine.
