Tortelloni with basil sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tortelloni con formaggio e noci (pasta, 250 g, chilled), basil ((15 g), only the leaves), olive oil (1 tbsp to sprinkle), garlic and tomatoes (in slices) .

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, tear the basil into pieces.

Mix the basil with the 150 ml oil and garlic in the food processor or blender to form a paste.

Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the tomatoes with salt and pepper and drizzle with the oil.

Divide the tomatoes over 4 plates.

Spoon the tortelloni on top and divide the basil sauce over it..
