Bruschetta with blueberry cheese and figs
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: liquid honey, red port, fresh figs, ciabattina's (pre-fried), rucola lettuce (30 g), stilton (cheese) (in slices) and (freshly ground) black pepper.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Mix into honey in a bowl.

Figs each cut into 4 parts and marinate for about 10 minutes in port mixture.

Cut Ciabattina's and halve each piece.

Roll roasts just under the grill for approx.

3 minutes, half-turn.

Let cool.

Distribute rocket and stilton over rolls.

Remove the pieces of fig from port and place on bruschetta.

Sprinkle with black pepper..
