Italian bread snack with 3 toppings; bean puree, Parma ham and asparagus tips and Mediterranean pâté.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  2. Slice the garlic and cut the bread into 1 cm slices. Mix the garlic with the oil. Brush the bread on both sides.
  3. Place the slices on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake for approx. 7 minutes in the oven. Turn halfway.
  4. Rinse the beans and drain. Puree the beans with the oil in the food processor or with the hand blender for the bruschette with bean puree.
  5. Add the caraway seed and season with pepper and salt. Cover with the bruschette. Sprinkle with the leaves of thyme.
  6. Heat for the bruschette with parma ham and asparagus tips the grill pan over high heat.
  7. Grill the asparagus tips in 5 min. Until golden brown and done. Sprinkle with the oil. Cover the bruschette with the parma ham and asparagus tips.
  8. Mix the tapenade with pâté for the bruschette with Mediterranean pâté. Cover the rest of the bruschette with it and garnish with the leaves of parsley.
