Bruschette with dried-tomato tapenade


A tasty Italian recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: garlic, black olives (no seeds), sundried tomatoes in oil (jar 295 ml), olive oil, (cayenne) pepper, ciabatta bread, mozzarella (cheese, a 125 g) and basil (cut into strips) .

Directions

  1. Peel the garlic and finely chop in the food processor.
  2. Add the olives and tomatoes and mix briefly until a tapenade is formed.
  3. Pour in the oil and season with (cayenne) pepper.
  4. Cut the bread into thin slices and grill them briefly in the toaster.
  5. Cut the mozzarella each into 6 slices.
  6. Cover each bruschetta with a slice of mozzarella.
  7. Spoon the tapenade on top and sprinkle with the basil..
