Bruschette with dried-tomato tapenade
A tasty Italian recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: garlic, black olives (no seeds), sundried tomatoes in oil (jar 295 ml), olive oil, (cayenne) pepper, ciabatta bread, mozzarella (cheese, a 125 g) and basil (cut into strips) .

Peel the garlic and finely chop in the food processor.

Add the olives and tomatoes and mix briefly until a tapenade is formed.

Pour in the oil and season with (cayenne) pepper.

Cut the bread into thin slices and grill them briefly in the toaster.

Cut the mozzarella each into 6 slices.

Cover each bruschetta with a slice of mozzarella.

Spoon the tapenade on top and sprinkle with the basil..
