Cook the cooking potatoes according to the instructions on the package. Chop the onion and bell pepper, cut the sprouts in quarters and the smoked sausage into slices.

Bake in a stirring strip of bacon without oil or butter over medium heat in about 5 minutes. Add the onion and the curry powder and stir-fry 3 minutes.

Spoon the sprouts and the bell pepper and stir fry 3 minutes. Stir in the slices of smoked sausage and the coconut milk and fry the sprouts covered for another 5 minutes.

Season with pepper. Drain the potatoes and stamp them with the pestle into a coarse puree. Sprinkle the sprouts with smoked sausage. Serve immediately.
