Stew of onion, pumpkin, pear and turnip tops with fried beefburger.

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into half rings.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the beefburgers over medium heat in 15 min. Brown and done. Fry the onion for the last 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, halve the larger pieces of pumpkin. Boil the pumpkin in a large pan of water with salt in 8 min. Until done. Drain.
  4. Meanwhile, let the pears drain and halve them. Cut the turnip tops roughly.
  5. Heat the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the package.
  6. Scoop with the pumpkin, pear, turnip, onion and gravy of the beefburgers. Serve the turnip style stew with the beefburgers.
