Brussels sprouts gratin with gruyere
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sprouts (cleaned (a 350 g)), garlic (squeezed), cooking cream, gruyere (cheese) (grated), black pepper (freshly ground) and nutmeg.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Boil the sprouts in plenty of water in 6-8 minutes.

Drain them in a colander.

In a bowl, mix the garlic with the cream and 50 g of cheese.

Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
