Directions

  1. Cut the underside of sprouts and remove the outer leaves.
  2. Sprouts in lightly salted water without lid on pan in approx.
  3. 10 min.
  4. Pour short pecans in a dry frying pan.
  5. Let the nuts on the cutting board cool slightly and then chop coarsely.
  6. pour the sprouts, transfer into a warm serving dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
