Brussels sprouts with nut butter
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sprouts, pecans, salt and freshly ground black pepper and butter.

Cut the underside of sprouts and remove the outer leaves.

Sprouts in lightly salted water without lid on pan in approx.

10 min.

Pour short pecans in a dry frying pan.

Let the nuts on the cutting board cool slightly and then chop coarsely.

pour the sprouts, transfer into a warm serving dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat butter in frying pan until it turns brown (do not allow it to burn).

sprinkle sprouts with butter and pecans.
