A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, salmon ragout (a 400 g), tomatoes, crème fraîche (bake a 125 ml), Italian dumplings (bread), fresh chives (a 25 g), oakleaf lamella (a 100 g) and honey- mustard dressing (100 g).

Heat up the Ragout in a pan.

Clean tomatoes, cut into pieces and remove seeds.

Cut the flesh into pieces.

Fry the tomatoes and crème fraîche with ragout and heat for approx.

2 minutes.

Cut the breadcrumbs.
-
Dice bread balls (bread crumb is not used).
-
Chives, except for 8 sprigs, finely chop.
-
Mix salad with dressing.
-
Finely chopped chives with ragout.
-
Make the ragout in bread rolls and cover it with a bread cap.

Garnish with sprits of chives.

Serve with salad..
