A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, salmon ragout (a 400 g), tomatoes, crème fraîche (bake a 125 ml), Italian dumplings (bread), fresh chives (a 25 g), oakleaf lamella (a 100 g) and honey- mustard dressing (100 g).

Directions

  1. Heat up the Ragout in a pan.
  2. Clean tomatoes, cut into pieces and remove seeds.
  3. Cut the flesh into pieces.
  4. Fry the tomatoes and crème fraîche with ragout and heat for approx.
  5. 2 minutes.
  6. Cut the breadcrumbs.
  7. Dice bread balls (bread crumb is not used).
  8. Chives, except for 8 sprigs, finely chop.
  9. Mix salad with dressing.
  10. Finely chopped chives with ragout.
  11. Make the ragout in bread rolls and cover it with a bread cap.
  12. Garnish with sprits of chives.
  13. Serve with salad..
