Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Cut the pepper into rings and the onion in half rings. Slice the garlic.

Mix the pepper, onion, garlic, soy sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil and leave to stand for 1 hour. Place the steaks covered in the freezer for 1 hour.

Cut the meat into slices as thin as possible and marinate for 1 hour at room temperature in 2/3 of the marinade.

Peel the ginger and cut finely. Boil the rice with the ginger according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, roast the sesame seed in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown.

Remove the leaves from the lettuce and cut the spring onion into slanting rings.

Heat the sunflower oil in a stirring stir-fry 1/3 of the meat for 2 minutes. Place on a bowl and repeat 2 times with the rest of the meat.

Pour the rest of the marinade over the meat. Serve the lettuce, spring onions, sesame seeds and rice separately. Bon appétit! .
