Bun brie with walnuts and grapes

Cut the brie into slices. Chop the walnuts coarsely. Halve the grapes.

Cut the Italian bread roll in 3 layers and brush the bottom 2 layers with mayonnaise.

Cut the butt of the head of lettuce and detach the leaves. Also divide this over the bottom 2 layers. Place the slices of brie on the salad and divide the nuts and grapes.

Place the top layer on the covered bottom layer and roll the top of the bread roll up. Press lightly and wrap the bread in plastic foil, so that the filling does not slide. Keep the bread in the fridge and take it in a lunch box.
