Burger with avocado and fried egg


Burger of half-to-half-minced beef with worcestershire sauce and shallots on a snitt bun with cabbage lettuce, cheddar, avocado and an egg.

Directions

  1. Light the barbecue. Slice the shallots fine.
  2. Mix the mince with the Worcestershire sauce, the shallots, pepper and salt and divide in 4 portions.
  3. Put 1 portion of meat in the hamburger press and press. Put the burger on a sheet of baking paper. Make it 3 more.
  4. Cut the buns open. Remove 8 leaves of the lettuce, wash and dry them.
  5. Grill the burgers 4 min. Turn them and top with the cheddar. Gril still 4 min.
  6. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry 4 fried eggs.
  7. Halve the avocado in half and remove the kernel. Remove the flesh from the skin and cut into slices.
  8. Place the rolls in succession with 2 leaves of lettuce, a burger with cheese, slices of avocado and an egg.
  9. Serve with the top of the sandwiches.
