Spicy noodle stir-fry with broccoli and teriyaki tofu


Noodles stir-fried with broccoli, cabbage, ginger, red pepper and tofu in teriyaki sauce.

Directions

  1. Dab the tofu dry with kitchen paper and cut into 1 cm cubes.
  2. Clean the garlic and cut finely. Wash the red pepper and cut off the stalk. Roll the pepper between your hands so that the seeds fall out.
  3. Cut the pepper into rings. Cut the coriander coarsely. Peel the ginger and cut finely. Cut the broccoli into florets.
  4. Put the noodles in a large bowl and pour 1 liter of boiling water over it. Let it work for 4 minutes. Drain and rinse cold under running water.
  5. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu over medium heat in 8 min. Until crispy. Change regularly.
  6. Remove from the pan with the slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper. Spoon with the teriyaki sauce and keep warm under foil.
  7. Meanwhile, heat the oil in the wok and fry the broccoli and cabbage for 3 minutes on a high heat.
  8. Add the garlic, red pepper and ginger and fry for 2 minutes on a high heat. Add the noodles and heat for 1 min.
  9. Divide the vegetables over the plates, scoop up the tofu, garnish with the coriander and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Serve the teriyaki sauce.
