Cut the onion into half rings. Fry the beef soup balls in a frying pan in butter on high heat around brown.

Add the onions and fry them lightly brown. Add the hacheekruiden and water and stew the soup balls covered in 20 min. Until done.

Meanwhile, cook the potatoes according to the instructions on the package.

Melt the butter in a small pan with a thick bottom, scoop the red cabbage and the cranberry compote and roast the coals gently for approx. 10 min.

Serve the balls with the boiled potatoes and the red cabbage.
