Directions

  1. Cut the onion into half rings. Fry the beef soup balls in a frying pan in butter on high heat around brown.
  2. Add the onions and fry them lightly brown. Add the hacheekruiden and water and stew the soup balls covered in 20 min. Until done.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the potatoes according to the instructions on the package.
