Sprinkle the fish strips with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the fish for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan and keep warm.

Add the bacon to the shortening, bake for 2 minutes and add the vegetables.
