Sprinkle the fish strips with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the fish for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan and keep warm.

Add the bacon to the shortening, bake for 2 minutes and add the vegetables.

Stir fry for 5 minutes and scoop the potatoes. Bake for another 5 minutes.

Add stock, cream and mustard. Heat this and put the fish in it. Sprinkle the dish with the herbs.
