Butter beans with breakfast bacon
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (700 g), butter beans (a 530 g), breakfast bacon (about 160 g), beef tarts (a 100 g), butter or margarine and fresh parsley (a 30 g).

Cook the potatoes in about 7 minutes.

Draining beans in colander.

Place in kitchen paper.

Put each slice of bacon around bundle of beans.

Place bundles in shell and cover with kitchen paper.

Sprinkle the tartar with salt and pepper.

Heat butter in frying pan and brown tart tarts in approx.

8 minutes.

Simmer beans for approx.
-
8 minutes in microwave oven at full power (700 watts).

In the meantime add 1 dl of water to gravy of tartar and make jus.

Parsley finely cut parsley over potatoes.

Serving beans with baby potatoes, tart tarts and gravy..
