Buttermilk-panna cotta with forest fruit sauce
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: whitegelatin, whipped cream, vanilla pod (cut open), sugar, buttermilk, forest fruit jam, berry gin (liquorice) and gingerbread (cake).

In bowl with cold water gelatin for about 5 minutes.

Fry the cream with vanilla pod in the pan and let it boil gently for about 5 minutes.

Sugar while roasting in cream.

Remove the vanilla pod, scrape out the marrow and stir the vanilla seeds through the cream again.

Gelatin squeezing and roasting in warm cream while stirring.
