A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: whitegelatin, whipped cream, vanilla pod (cut open), sugar, buttermilk, forest fruit jam, berry gin (liquorice) and gingerbread (cake).

Directions

  1. In bowl with cold water gelatin for about 5 minutes.
  2. Fry the cream with vanilla pod in the pan and let it boil gently for about 5 minutes.
  3. Sugar while roasting in cream.
  4. Remove the vanilla pod, scrape out the marrow and stir the vanilla seeds through the cream again.
  5. Gelatin squeezing and roasting in warm cream while stirring.
  6. Let the room cool for about 5 minutes.
  7. Sift buttermilk through cream and pour mixture into soufflé trays.
  8. Fry panna cotta in refrigerator in 3 hours.
  9. Fry in a bowl of forest fruit jam and berry gin.
  10. Place plates on soufflé dishes, turn them together and let panna cotta slide on plates.
  11. Dismantle the cups in two and put them in panna cotta, stir in the forest fruit sauce..
