Vegetarian dish of brown rice with pointed cabbage, banana and tofu.

Cut the tofu into cubes. Put the tofu cubes in a dish with wok sauce and let stand for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Dab the tofu dry with kitchen paper.

Heat the oil in a wok and fry the tofu cubes until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper.

Chop the onion coarsely. Cut the pointed cabbage into strips and the bananas into slices. Stir fry the onion pieces golden brown.

Add the pointed cabbage and let it shrink as you go. Stir in the rest of the stir-fry sauce and bring to the boil while you're stirring.

Spoon the banana and the tofu at the last minute.

Divide the rice over deep plates and serve with the stir-fried cabbage. Sprinkle the seroendeng over it.
