Wash the orange well and cut off the outer skins.

Cut it into wafer thin strips and do it with a small layer of water and possibly a dash of Cointreau in a pan.

Let it boil briefly.

Squeeze out the orange and stir in the mayonnaise and yogurt.

Season with salt and pepper.

Gradually stir in the orange peel and the juice.

Now cut the cabbage very finely and mix with the yogurt / mayonnaise mixture.

Cover the mill bread with some lettuce leaves and spread the tuna and coleslaw over it.
