Wholemeal toast with beet and goat's cheese
Tosti of wholemeal bread with goat cheese, grated beet, walnuts and balsamic vinegar.

Crumble the goat's cheese and spread over the slices of bread. Mix the beetroot with the balsamic vinegar and spread over the goat's cheese on half of the slices of bread.

Chop the walnuts coarsely and divide them.

Cover with the rest of the slices of bread and press. Fry the sandwiches in parts in the sandwich maker. Cut diagonally in half and serve immediately.
