Put the powdered sugar in a bowl and stir in ½ tablespoon of egg white and ½ tablespoon of the lawyer until it turns into a shiny pale yellow glaze.

Put the cake on a plate and spread the glaze over it. Let the glaze drip down in drops. Chop the pistachio nuts. Press the eggs and pistachio nuts into the glaze and crumble the froth over them. Let the glaze become firm.
