Calfsauce and tiger sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (slightly crumbly), butter, veal sauces (4 pieces), mushrooms ((250 g), in quarters), dried thyme, meat gravy beef (box 2 pieces), Brussels sprouts (cleaned) and semi-skimmed milk.

Peel the potatoes and boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until done.

Meanwhile, heat 25 g of butter in a frying pan and fry the sausages in 10 min. Brown and done. Add the mushrooms and thyme halfway through the baking time. Pour 250 ml of hot water into a bowl and add the cup of meat gravy. Leave for 1 minute and pour into the pan. Heat for 2 more minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the sprouts in 10 minutes until al dente. Heat the milk in a saucepan. Pour the milk with the potatoes and puree with the remaining butter with the rest of the butter. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the puree and sprouts over 4 plates, add the sausage and scoop the mushroom-thyme gravy over it.
