Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Finely chop the garlic.
  3. Chop the onion.
  4. Chop the hazelnuts roughly.
  5. Crumble the soft goat's cheese.
  6. Fry the garlic and onion gently in a saucepan with olive oil.
  7. Mix the hazelnuts in a bowl with the goat's cheese, the parsley, the onion mixture and some salt and freshly ground pepper.
  8. Scoop this mixture with a teaspoon into the cannelloni tubes and press it well.
  9. Place 3 tubes next to each other in each baking dish.
  10. Dilute the sugo pasta sauce with 75-100 ml water and pour it over the tubes.
  11. Sprinkle the grated cheese over it.
  12. Put the dishes in the oven and fry the cannelloni for 25-30 minutes.
  13. Tasty with a green salad.
