Cannelloni with hazelnuts

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Finely chop the garlic.

Chop the onion.

Chop the hazelnuts roughly.

Crumble the soft goat's cheese.

Fry the garlic and onion gently in a saucepan with olive oil.

Mix the hazelnuts in a bowl with the goat's cheese, the parsley, the onion mixture and some salt and freshly ground pepper.

Scoop this mixture with a teaspoon into the cannelloni tubes and press it well.

Place 3 tubes next to each other in each baking dish.

Dilute the sugo pasta sauce with 75-100 ml water and pour it over the tubes.
