Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Cut the garlic into thin slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the garlic for ½ min. And add in portions the spinach.
  3. Drain in a colander. Mix the ricotta in a bowl through the spinach.

  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 20 min. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 min. Golden brown.
