Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat in 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, cut the garlic finely. Heat the oil in another frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min.

Add the spinach and defrost on low heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain well in a ball sieve. Mix the spinach with the minced meat.

Cut the lasagne sheets in half widthwise. Spread a little spinach-minced mixture over each sheet and roll up.

Grease the oven dish and place the rolls in the oven dish. Pour the cream over it and sprinkle with the cheese and the oregano.

Cover with aluminum foil. Fry the cannelloni in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the cannelloni is golden brown.
