Gravad lax à la minute with vegetables
A delicious scandinavian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh dill ((a 15 g), finely chopped), sugar, salmon tenderloins ((a 230 g), in thin slices), coarse mustard, white wine vinegar, sunflower oil, shallot (finely chopped), potatoes ((500 g), scrubbed), garden peas (extra fine (a 450 g, frozen)), green kidney beans ((400 g), drained and rinsed), silver onions (pot 340 g) and sea salt (mill).

Ingredients
- 2 Trays fresh dill (a 15 g), finely chopped
- 1 el sugar
- 2 dishes salmon fillets (a 230 g), in thin slices
- 1 el mustard
- 2 el White wine vinegar
- 6 el sunflower oil
- 1 shallot finely shredded
- 1 bag new potatoes (500 g), scrubbed clean
- Business suit garden peas extra fine (a 450 g, frozen)
- 1 look green kidney beans (400 g), drained and rinsed
- 100 g silver onion jar 340 g
- Sea salt mill
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Mix the dill with the sugar, pepper and 1/2 tsp salt.

Sprinkle half of the dough mixture into the dish.

Put the salmon slices on top and sprinkle with the rest of the dough mixture.

Cover with cling film, cover with something heavy and put the dish in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, mix the mustard with the vinegar and whisk in the oil.

Add the shallot and pepper and salt to taste.

Cook the potatoes in the skin for 10 minutes until done.

Heat the garden peas.

Mix the kidney beans and the silver onions by the potatoes and the peas.

Add some dressing to taste.

Sprinkle the salmon with sea salt and drizzle the rest of the dressing over it.

Serve with the lukewarm vegetables..
