Mussels and noodles in oyster sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mienestjes (box a 500 g), sunflower oil, mushrooms ((250 g), sliced), Oriental (stir-fry vegetables (400 g)), garlic (chopped), mussels (cooked (450 g) , frozen), thawed), oyster sauce (bottle of 250 ml) and bean sprouts (125 g).

Prepare the instructions according to the instructions on the packaging. Keep 100 ml of the cooking water during pouring.

In the meantime, heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a stirring stir-fry, stirring the mushrooms for 5 minutes, letting the evaporating liquid evaporate. Add the rest of the oil, add the vegetables and the garlic and stir fry on high heat for 4 minutes. Stir in the mussels, add the oyster sauce and the remaining cooking water from the noodle and bring it to the boil while stirring. Cover the wok and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the noodles and the bean sprouts through the mussel-vegetable mixture. Serve in 4 deep plates or bowls.
