Cantonese noodles with pork tenderloin, stir-fry mix and paprika.

Directions

  1. Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey and nutmeg into a marinade. Cut the pork tenderloin into cubes. Spoon the pork tenderloin through the marinade. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok. Remove the pork tenderloin from the marinade, keep the marinade. Fry the pork tenderloin for 2 minutes. Cut the bell pepper into strips. Add the stir-fry mix and paprika and cook for another 4 minutes.
  3. Add the marinade and noodle and heat for 2 more minutes. Spread over the bowls.
