Fast and easy recipe for a stew with salmon, cod, mussels and shrimps.

Chop the onions and cut the garlic into slices.

Cut the tomatoes crosswise at the bottom. Immerse them for 20 sec. in boiling water. Take them out and let cool. Then peel the sheet off.

Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic over low heat for 5 min.

Meanwhile cut the tomatoes into slices. Add to the onion and garlic and pour the wine. Cook with the lid on the pan for another 10 minutes.

Cut the cod and salmon into pieces of 5 cm and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add to the mixture in the pan and simmer for 6 minutes.

Slice the parsley. Add the mussels for the last 2 minutes.

Add the Dutch shrimps at the last moment and sprinkle the fish pot with the parsley. Bon appétit! .
