Caramelised saithe with vegetables
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, coleslaw fillet (400 g, frozen, thawed), brown caster sugar, wok sauce (ginger and garlic (a 200 ml)), noodles (pack a 500 g), oil, pak choi (in 1 cm wide bars), cucumber (in bars) and spring onions ((3 pieces) in slanted rings).

Dab the pieces of coalfish dry with kitchen paper. Mix the brown sugar and wok sauce in a (frying) pan, place the pieces of fish in it and bring the sauce to the boil. Cook the fish in the sauce in about 10 minutes. Regularly, add a little water if the sauce becomes too thick.

Cook the instructions according to the instructions on the package. In a stirring stir fry, heat the paksoi, the cucumber and the spring onion stirring in 5-6 minutes.

Let the noodle drain in a colander. Divide the noodles over 4 deep plates, spoon the vegetables on top and place a piece of fish on top and spoon the sauce over it.
