Chicken with paprika and chili pepper
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, Chinese egg noodles (250 g), rice vinegar (bottle 150 ml), wok sauce hoisin (bottle 175 ml), chilli (from mill), paprika mix (3 pieces), chicken fillet (diced), cornstarch , sunflower oil, onion (in half rings), mini corncobs ((425 g) and in 1 cm pieces).

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, mix the vinegar, wok sauce and 1/2 tsp chilli pepper in a bowl. Halve the peppers in the length, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into strips of a 1/2 cm wide.

Sprinkle the chicken with the rest of the chili pepper, the cornstarch and salt. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stirring stir fry the chicken in about 6 min. Golden brown. Remove the chicken. Make the wokskenschoon.

Heat the rest of the oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the onion, paprika and mini-chicken flasks 4 min. Add the chicken and sauce and warm for another 2 minutes. Put the noodles in 4 bowls and scoop the chicken mixture on top.
