Cut the stalk of the peppers and remove the seeds. Cut the peppers into pieces.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Bake the peppers and beans for 2 minutes. Scoop the rice and cumin through.

Pour the stock in the pan and bring to the boil. Boil the rice mixture covered over medium heat for 8 minutes until done.

Meanwhile, sprinkle the fish fillet with the spice melange. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan. Fry the fish in 3 min. Per side until golden brown and done.

Slice the leaves of parsley and scoop together with pepper and possibly salt through the rice.

Put the rice (pilav) on the plates. Serve with the fish with Caribbean herbs.
