Boil the carrots for 6 minutes until al dente and drain. Puree the carrots, oil, chili sauce and garlic puree with the hand blender or in the food processor until smooth.

Spoon the dip into a container and season with salt and pepper. Allow the flavors to withdraw for at least 30 minutes.
