Directions

  1. Boil the carrots for 6 minutes until al dente and drain. Puree the carrots, oil, chili sauce and garlic puree with the hand blender or in the food processor until smooth.
  2. Spoon the dip into a container and season with salt and pepper. Allow the flavors to withdraw for at least 30 minutes.
