Carrot soup with white beans and ginger
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onions, oil, winter carrots, fresh ginger, vegetable stock (of cubes), stoneleeks (a 6 pieces), white beans (360 g), brown baguette and butter.

Peel and chop onions.

Heat oil in soup pan and onion for 3 minutes.

Roast the carrots and cut into slices.

Ginger peel and grate.
-
Carrot the carrot and ginger with onion mixture and add stock.

Bring to the boil and cook for 15 minutes.

Clean the stoneleeks and cut them into rings.
-
Drain white beans.
-
Mix with soup blender soup.
-
Stir in the soup and bring the soup back to the boil.

Season the soup with salt and pepper.
-
Spread the soup over four plates and garnish with stoneleeks.
