Carrots in orange juice
Small balls of carrots with orange juice, sugar, butter, salad and salad onion.

Boil the carrots in water for 5 minutes and drain.

Meanwhile, grate the orange skin of half of the oranges and press out both fruits.

In a skillet, bring 25 ml of the orange juice per person with the sugar to the boil and simmer over medium heat to a syrup (this takes approx. 5 min).

Add the butter and mix in the carrots and sage.

Cut the salad onion into thin slanted rings and spread with the orange zest over the carrots.
