Stir-fried Brussels sprouts with fresh ginger and Apple


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: Brussels sprouts, onion, garlic, ginger root, apple, oil and sweet chili sauce.

Directions

  1. sprouts and halve.
  2. Peel and chop onion and garlic.
  3. Ginger peel and finely chop.
  4. Peel the apple and cut into 16 parts.
  5. Divide parts.
  6. Heat in wok oil.
  7. Sow onion, garlic and ginger until the mixture starts to smell.
  8. Add sprouts and stir-fry for about 4 minutes.
  9. Last 2 minutes of apple frying.
  10. Add the chilli sauce and 1 dl of water and simmer for about 5 minutes until they are al dente.
  11. Serve with pork..
