Cut the chives finely. Finely chop the fresh dill. Peel the carrots with a peeler. Arrange 2 forest pens with a peeler in thin ribbons and grate the other forestpenes coarse. Mix the grated carrot in a bowl with cottage cheese, chives, dill, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Halve the slices of cheese lengthwise and place two slices of cheese on each tortilla side by side. Create the hüttenkäs mixture. Roll up the tortillas firmly. Let them tightly wrapped in plastic wrap for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Remove the foil and cut the wraps in rolls of 3 cm thick. Wrap each roll in a ribbon and stick with a cocktail stick.
